University of Jyväskylä staff

6-week course focusing on accessible Mindfulness techniques and frameworks for making your every-day like more paced, fulfilling and mindful. The course includes formal and informal mindfulness practice commitment between meetings. Available for the university staff ONLY and for FREE.

Unified Mindfulness course 8-weeks

This is a DONATION BASED course following Shinzen Young's Unified Mindfulness curriculum. I have completed Foundations and Pathways instructor courses and offering this course as part of my practicum. The course will happen in Russian, participants can apply via link and will need to do a short interview with me first. More information coming soon!

1:1 meditation coaching

Individual weekly coaching. You will get an individualized boost for your mindfulness practice.


How to make it work for YOU? What's YOUR best meditation routine? Are you making the most of your time in meditation? Individual coaching will help you answer these questions, improve the quality of your practice to make it more pleasant and effective, keep DISCIPLINE, feel actual PROGRESS and find techniques and approaches that work best for you. Each meeting is 40 min. You can book a one-time 60 minute meeting, 4x40 min of personalized instruction, with goal-setting, a practice log, and a chat with me during the 4 weeks, OR an extended coaching program of 12x40 min instruction, to become a master of your meditation, get to know different techniques, skills to overcome obstacles, and to make mindfulness a part of your daily life. Coaching is beginner-friendly. Pre-requisites for 4 and 12 session package:

- You are willing and able to meditate 5-7 days a week; consistency is the biggest part of success

- Absence of acute and untreated mental health issues; mindfulness meditation is NOT psychotherapy and I am not a psychotherapist

- Moderate lifestyle; substance abuse, addiction, unpredictable schedule make regular practice hard

- Open-mindedness, honesty, trust, commitment;
